Les Grezes is located in Tocane Saint Apre which is small town in the Dordogne, set in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France. It sits equidistant between Perigueux and Riberac
Just 1.5 kilometers from the Centre of Tocane Saint Apre Les Grezes sits in its own 10 acres of gardens, meadows and woods. Completely surrounded by farmland, it has an elevated position offering spectacular views of the beautiful rolling countryside.
There are four gites, each one offering its own unique character and style. Three of the gites are situated around the spacious court yard where the 10m x 5m pool is located. The fourth gite sits in its own meadow.

COACH HOUSE GITE
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, lounge, Kitchen Diner
The Coach House is a charming barn conversion that has recently been fully refurbished and is conveniently situated next to the pool. The Coach House has its own private front and rear entrances. The rear entrance opens out on to its own private garden area with views across the Orchard Meadow. There is a 6 person dining table to make the most of al-fresco dining, with BBQ. This private area has its own sun loungers. The front entrance opens on to a patio within the main courtyard. There is seating here where our guests can sit and relax. Heating is by log burner
PAVILLION GITE
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Lounge-Kitchen Diner
The Pavilion gite is situated just opposite the pool in the main courtyard. It has its own private front and rear entrances. The rear entrance opens out on to its own private garden area with views across its own meadow. The rear patio has a 6 person dining table to make the most of al-fresco dining. A BBQ is also available. The front entrance opens on to a patio within the main courtyard. There is seating here where our guests can sit and relax.
SUNSET GITE
2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom Kitchen, Lounge-Diner
The Sunset Gite is a charming quirky two bedroom gite is detached and sits in its own meadow . This gite has its own private front and rear entrances. The rear entrance opens out on to its own private courtyard. There is seating here where our guest can sit and relax. the front door opens directly on to the sunset meadow. There is a 6 person dinning table to make the most of alfresco dining. A Bar B Q is also available. This private area also has its own sun loungers. The heating in this gite via a log burner.
EXCLUSIVE USE
7 Bedrooms, Sleeps 16 People,Very Private
You and your guest will have exclusive use of Les Grezes; It sits in the centre of 10 acres of meadows which are completely surrounded by farmland making it very private. There are 3 cottages, each one having its own unique character and style. Two of the cottages are situated around the spacious courtyard, these are the "Coach House" 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 - 6 and the "Pavilion" 3 bedrooms sleeps 6-8. The third cottage the "Sunset" 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 which is detached
