Exclusive Use
You and your guest will have exclusive use of Les Grezes; It sits in the centre of 10 acres of meadows which are completely surrounded by farmland making it very private. There are 3 cottages, each one having its own unique character and style. Two of the cottages are situated around the spacious court yard, on opposite sides of the 10m x 5m pool, these are the "Coach House" 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 - 6 and the "Pavilion" 3 bedrooms sleeps 8. The third cottage the "Sunset" 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 which is detached

Neighborhood description
Les Grezes is set in the beautiful Dordogne countryside and is conveniently located on the edge of the delightful village of Tocane Saint Apre.
Tocane is a thriving village that boast bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a weekly Monday morning market. Les Grezes is located close to many beauty spots that offer opportunity for outdoor activity such as posted cycle trails, fishing, kayaking and inland beaches. We are situated 15 minutes from Brantome, 25 minutes from Perigueux, 20 minutes from Riberac, 30 Minutes from Aubeterre and 20 minutes from Bourdeilles.
Getting Around
For getting around and making the most of this area a car is essential We are 50 minutes drive from Bergerac Airport, around two hours from Limoges and Bordeaux Airports. Angouleme Airport is one hour. The TGV from Paris to Angouleme takes 2 hours 30 minutes. Driving from the port of Calais takes around 8 hours
Accommadation 1 the Pavillion
The Pavillion is situated just opposite the pool in the main courtyard. It has its own private front and rear entrances. The rear entrance opens out on to its own private garden area with views across its own meadow. The rear patio has a dining table to make the most of al-fresco dining. A BBQ is also available. The front entrance opens on to a patio within the main courtyard. There is seating here where our guests can sit and relax.
Accommadation 2 the Coach House
This charming barn conversion has recently been fully refurbished and is conveniently situated next to the pool. The Coach House has its own private front and rear entrances. The rear entrance opens out on to its own private garden area with views across the Orchard Meadow. There is a 6 person dining table to make the most of al-fresco dining, with BBQ. This private area has its own sun loungers. The front entrance opens on to a patio within the main courtyard. There is seating here where our guests can sit and relax. Heating is by log burner
Accommadation 3 the Sun Set
This charming, quirky, two bedroom gite is detached and is located in sunset meadow. This gite has its own private front and rear entrances. The rear entrance opens out on to its own private courtyard. There is a private seating where our guests can sit and relax. The front door opens directly on to the Sunset Meadow. There is a dining table to make the most of al-fresco dining. A BBQ is also available. This private area also has its own sun loungers. The heating in this gite is provided by a log burner.
Sorry No Pets
Whilst we are animal lovers we unfortunately can't accept pets, purely for the comfort, hygiene and safety of all our guests. Sorry!
Our Smoking Policy
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside all of our gites. If our guests smoke outdoors we request that they use the ashtrays and bins provided for disposing of used cigarettes.
PLEASE NOTE LOW SEASON ADDITIONAL COST (Sept to the April)
LOG STOVES. Apart from The Pavillion which has full central heating, the primary source of heating in each cottage is a Log Burner. Two days worth of logs are provided in the initial rental cost free of charge. Additional logs can be purchased from us in half stere, or one stere quantities depending on the duration of your stay.
